Dan manages day-to-day operations and strategy. Dan founded Stroll in 2000, an ecommerce company specializing in marketing educational products to consumers. For a ten-year period it had a compounded annual growth rate in excess of 70% and made the Inc. 5000 list seven years in a row. By 2012, he grew the company to a professionally managed organization with $85 million in revenue and 166 employees. In 2012, Dan was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the Philadelphia region. He’s also been recognized as a ‘40 Under 40’ by both Direct Marketing News and the Philadelphia Business Journal. Dan is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
Brad leads CleanPass’s worldwide market development efforts and evaluates new product development and expansion. With nearly a decade of experience in internationally focused healthcare and life sciences, he has successfully participated in the capitalization and growth of many companies. He is the Chief Business Officer of RainSure Scientific, the leading provider of molecular diagnostic instrumentation and assays to CleanPass. Brad is also the Head of China and Venture Partner of 7BC Venture Capital, focusing on the establishment of a family of JV RMB funds across mainland China. He has been an Associate at Katan Associates since 2014 and was previously the Vice President, Business Development of POC Medical Systems. Prior to entering the healthcare space Brad originated and executed a successful hedge fund strategy returning 464% over five years and also participated in over $20 billion in debt and equity transactions in investment banking roles.
Carman leads global sales efforts. Carman has created and led companies on three continents. He is an 18-year Fortune 300 corporate director who lives and works both in the US and internationally. Carman was the first American to be part of the Czech Republic’s first business and political delegation to the Middle East. Cooperation directly with senior GCC leaders continues to this day. Carman has also served as a graduate school professor of Business Law and Ethics. Most recently, Carman has developed digital diagnostics for emerging markets and recently innovated India’s first viable for-profit on-location breast cancer screening business which is continuing to scale and save many lives.
